What advice would you give young adults about sexual wellness and intimacy?
Take your time. Take the time to learn about yourself and about your body. Learn to love and listen to it. No one will know better about your body and the things that make you feel good, turn you on or off, than you!
What was your biggest realization when you started becoming famous?
There’s a lot that I had to figure out on my own, so for me, it’s about sharing information. You never know who needs it and how it can be life-changing in a positive way.
Tell us about a moment in your life when you followed your intuition.
The moment I decided to leave my country to move to Los Angeles was a big moment for me. I can’t say I would’ve done anything differently. All my experiences have shaped me…made me who I am and lead me to the people and things that I love the most, including Bloomi!
Is there something you were self-conscious about as a kid that makes you proud as an adult?
My ass! I used to be so self-conscious about it because I thought it was too big. Now I love it! It’s perfect, it’s beautiful, and I wouldn’t change a thing!

I wish someone had told me that…
Being comfortable in your own skin and your sexuality is nothing to be ashamed of. Also, the more experience you have, the better it gets, and that goes for everything! Growing up on a Caribbean island where sex is still taboo and frowned upon. It’s very empowering to get to a place of self-discovery, self-love, and acceptance and be totally unapologetic about it!
What do you like the most about Bloomi?
There’s so much I like about Bloomi. The first thing that it’s founder and CEO is a Latinx sexologist. Immediately, it got my attention. That’s a rarity! I love that it’s a place that understands my culture and our relationship with sex and intimate wellness. Also, all products are carefully curated and upheld to a strict clean standard. It gives me peace of mind to know that it won’t trigger my autoimmune condition, no matter whether I purchase a product to enhance sex or just intimate hygiene – they are products I trust.
